We Are Implementing Ongoing System Improvements
 

United is committed to continually improving our technology to help serve you better. This latest change will mean more efficient processing of your transactions at the teller window.
 
When Is This Change Happening?
Over the next three months, each banking office will be upgraded to this new system.
 
What Does This Mean for You?
Once the banking offices have completed this upgrade, there will be a few minor changes in how your transactions are completed.

  • In most cases, we will be scanning and balancing your transaction immediately which will avoid errors in your transaction

  • If you do not have a deposit ticket with you, the teller can create a virtual ticket for you. No more filling out deposit slips!

While these are exciting changes, rest assured you will continue to see your transactions immediately the next time you use Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Bank-by-Phone or an ATM.
